• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf, and not as a proxy, agent, or representative of any other person or entity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms. 9c444 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided and to close any account where verification reveals inaccuracies or misrepresentations.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 9c444 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether directly or through nominees, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9c444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised that activity. You acknowledge that 9c444 cannot and does not verify the identity of the person conducting transactions on your account beyond the authentication process, and you accept full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

• You must notify 9c444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• You must keep your contact details, including your registered email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account, whether for gambling purposes or otherwise.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

9c444 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks at any point during the life of your account, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to cooperate with verification requests within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

9c444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 9c444 promotions:

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable and may only be used for wagering on eligible games specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game or market.

With respect to sports betting, the following rules apply:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9c444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through nominees.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 9c444.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could be construed as money laundering or the processing of proceeds of criminal activity.
• Employing any software, algorithm, bot, automated script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any casino game or sports market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a manner that results in credits or winnings beyond what would have been generated in normal play. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void and must be returned.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of 9c444's intellectual property rights, entitling 9c444 to seek appropriate legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9c444, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if 9c444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9c444 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• The Platform or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Where 9c444's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 9c444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9c444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any point.
• Your account activity suggests involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07 of these Terms.
• Continued operation of your account would expose 9c444 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon closure of your account for reasons attributable to your breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 9c444's discretion, subject to applicable law. Where closure is initiated by 9c444 for operational reasons unrelated to your conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your 9c444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you subject to applicable verification requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 9c444 is incorporated and operates.

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the 9c444 Platform shall first be submitted to 9c444's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 13 below. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through that process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 9c444's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or property.
